A Grand Marina

Needed a smog check and during my short wait, I wandered over to the Grand Marina.   It was such a beautiful day, the clouds were billowy and the sky and water were a lovely blue.  Nearby a walker from the Shelter was taking his dog for a stroll.  People sat with their lunches near the water.

Coast Guard cutters straight ahead. Number 751 is the newest Cutter, named Waeshe, for Adm. Russell Waeshe, the longest serving commandant.   This cutter is the second of seven newly authorized security cutters to be built.
